Marketing / Affiliate Manager

Money Pulse LLC is an international affiliate network and digital marketing company focused on performance marketing. We operate across multiple verticals including iGaming, Finance, Mobile Apps, Sweepstakes, Reward Platforms, Crypto, and Lead Generation.

Our goal is simple: build long-term relationships with publishers and advertisers while delivering high-quality traffic and measurable results.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Affiliate Manager who can help us expand our publisher base, strengthen existing partnerships, and contribute to the development of our network.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates and media buyers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers.

• Monitor affiliate performance and traffic quality.

• Assist affiliates with campaign setup and optimization.

• Negotiate commercial terms and traffic opportunities.

• Review placements, creatives, and promotional methods.

• Coordinate with advertisers and internal teams.

• Identify new growth opportunities and traffic sources.

• Participate in affiliate communities, Telegram groups, Discord servers, and industry networking activities.

Requirements

• Around 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, media buying, account management, or a related field.

• General understanding of the affiliate marketing industry and online traffic sources.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to build long-term business relationships.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

• Fluent English (B2 or higher).

• Eagerness to learn, test new ideas, and grow together with the company.

• Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

We care more about attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn than about years of experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with affiliate networks.

• Existing relationships with affiliates or media buyers.

• Knowledge of Affise, Everflow, HasOffers/TUNE, or similar platforms.

• Experience in iGaming, Finance, Sweepstakes, Crypto, or Mobile Apps.

• Additional languages.

Compensation

• B2B Contract

• $1,500 – $2,000 monthly base salary

• Additional monthly performance bonus based on achieved results
