Supply Chain Specialist with Turkish| Fully Remote
Job Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders, including order creation, updates, and modifications in SAP.
Monitor orders throughout the entire order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery.
Support customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Manage inventory availability through system checks and cooperation with warehouses.
Allocate stock and coordinate deliveries.
Create delivery documents, shipping instructions, and other logistics documentation.
Handle customer disputes, claims, returns, and order discrepancies.
Audit carrier invoices and support logistics cost control activities.
Participate in process transition and migration projects.
Create and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and knowledge articles.
Support knowledge transfer activities and train other team members.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, customers, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure smooth process execution.
You are the right person for the role if you:
Have experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management or a related area.
Have hands-on experience working with SAP.
Speak Turkish and English at a minimum B2 level.
Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify and improve processes.
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Are proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience in process transitions or migration projects will be considered a strong advantage.
