As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and analyzing online marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable performance outcomes. This role involves using data and analytics to optimize digital marketing strategies, aiming to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions. The Expert effectively utilizes a variety of digital channels, including SEO, PPC, and Social Media to achieve the desired return on investment and meet key performance indicators.
- Developing and implementing cohesive Digital Marketing strategies across all active markets and analyze the impact of implemented strategies
- Preparing customer acquisition strategies to meet KPI within all company operating countries.
- Implementing consistent performance marketing strategy across SEM and SEO channels
- Managing campaigns by launching online marketing campaigns across various channels, tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of the campaigns and optimizing channels accordingly
- Supporting customer acquisition strategy by monitoring market-specific results of new customers from performance marketing channels, designing targeted marketing campaigns and optimizing customer journey and experience
- Managing marketing budget effectively and allocating it by channels and locally
- Identifying new performance opportunities for customer acquisition by staying informed about industry trends and technological advancements, providing A/B tests strategies across all active markets and co-creating marketing strategies to achieve global marketing goals
- Identifying new performance marketing functionalities: recognizing the need for additional functionalities based on current operations, proposing new features by outlining their potential benefits and collaborating on implementation
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on similar position
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
- Expertise in Performance marketing platforms and tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads Editor, Programmatic and other
- Proficiency in managing analytics tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and others
- Profound understanding of Google Tag Manager.
- Analytical skills: proficiency in analyzing various PPC and SEO-generated reports and statistics, leading to strategic business decisions.
- The ability to identify trends and patterns from PPC and SEO data for targeted marketing.
- Experience in using Performance Marketing analytics tools to forecast sates trends, customer behavior and campaign performance.
