We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of legal and compliance processes, and enjoys transforming complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions.

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation within the Legal Operations domain. You will lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities while supporting the implementation of modern legal technology solutions.

Working closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, Architecture, and IT teams, you will help optimize critical legal processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure solutions meet business, security, and regulatory requirements.

What you will do

• Analyze and translate complex business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications.

• Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives across Legal Operations and Compliance functions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution vendors to design and implement scalable SaaS-based solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and build alignment across multiple teams.

• Support the full solution lifecycle, ensuring requirements traceability, successful delivery, and effective change management.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.

• At least 3 years of experience within Legal Operations, Legal Technology, Compliance, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated environments.

• Strong understanding of legal and compliance processes, including contract management, matter management, document management, and legal spend management.

• Experience working with SaaS platforms, system integrations, business process modeling, and requirements documentation.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex business challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
