Your Role

As a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Specialist, you will play a key role in building and managing relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure strong performance, effective governance, and long-term business value. Working closely with Procurement, Category Managers, Business Stakeholders, and Suppliers, you will drive supplier performance, mitigate risks, support strategic sourcing decisions, and foster continuous improvement across the supplier portfolio.

Your Tasks

• Manage relationships with strategic and preferred suppliers, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Coordinate supplier governance activities, including business reviews, performance meetings, and executive reporting.

• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and scorecards, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Drive corrective action plans and track progress against agreed performance objectives.

• Support supplier segmentation and portfolio management by analyzing supplier, market, and spend data.

• Coordinate supplier risk assessments and due diligence activities in partnership with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Privacy teams.

• Provide supplier insights and market intelligence to support category strategies and sourcing decisions.

• Lead supplier engagement and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance value creation and innovation.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Category Management.

• Proven track record of managing strategic suppliers in a global and complex business environment.

• Strong knowledge of supplier governance, performance management, segmentation, and SRM best practices.

• Experience in supplier risk management, due diligence processes, and mitigation planning.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using supplier performance and reporting tools, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

• Hands-on experience with procurement and SRM platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or similar solutions.
