You have a great opportunity to become a part of an amazing team working for one of the biggest banks in the world! We are currently looking for a Payments Operation Junior Analyst. The successful candidate will join the MEA Payments Operations Department responsible for delivering high quality service to our corporate clients by offering accurate and timely management of payments flow through our internal bank systems. Your potential future responsibilities will include executing transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services team.

 Responsibilities:

• Perform payment processing activities and manage supporting documentation related to payments
• Conduct communication with internal and external clients
• Identify and correct discrepancies in the systems
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately, in a timely manner and in line with international banking standards
• Effectively manage and prioritize assigned responsibilities

  

 Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an asset
• Well-developed analytical skills, including an investigative mindset, independence in problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet competing deadlines
• Readiness to work in different work shifts including public holidays and weekends
