Workday Extend Consultant

Currently, we are currently looking for an experienced Workday Extend Consultant to join an international Workday transformation program. In this role, you will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of innovative Workday Extend solutions across both implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) phases.

Working closely with business stakeholders and international technical teams, you will help deliver scalable applications, enhance the user experience, and contribute to the long-term success of the Workday platform.

Project information:

• Location: 100% remote

• Type of employment: B2B contract

• Remuneration: 190 - 220 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B

• Project languages: English

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Workday Extend applications

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional international teams

• Participate in the full application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

• Maintain and enhance existing Workday Extend applications as part of AMS activities

• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable Workday solutions

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Extend development and implementation

• Workday Extend Certification is highly preferred

• Proven experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday Extend applications

• Strong understanding of Workday architecture and integration capabilities

• Experience in customer-facing consulting roles with excellent stakeholder management skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international teams

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an Application Management Services (AMS) environment

• Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration frameworks

• Experience with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

• Exposure to global Workday implementation projects
