Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian and English

Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian and English

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer support in Slovenian via phone and email

• Assist users with inquiries regarding diabetes management devices and related services

• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

• Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and service quality objectives

• Collaborate with colleagues and support teams to ensure efficient issue resolution

Requirements:

• Fluent Slovenian language skills (C2 level or equivalent)

• Communicative English skills (minimum B1 level)

• Ability to work effectively in an international environment

• Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM

• Comfortable working with computers and common office applications

• Customer-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support or healthcare-related support is considered an advantage
