Consultant/Senior Consultant | Accounting & Reporting Advisory | Poland

Who we are looking for:

• Professional experience in providing advisory services around accounting and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS (and Polish GAAP) and reporting processes.

• Curiosity and motivation to learn new topics quickly and work across a variety of projects.

• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving attitude.

• Good communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in a team and with different stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Openness to learn technology supporting reporting processes. 

• Experience working in a multinational environment.

• Mobility in Poland. Some international travel might be required.

• Fluency in Polish and English.

Your future role

🎯 As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will be a part of multiskilled team that delivers Advisory projects. You will:

• Prepare high-quality deliverables such as reports, memos etc. 

• Participate in the implementation of IFRS standards and guidance.

• Participate in project relating improving reporting processes or implementation of the reporting (close, consolidation, disclosure management) solutions. 

• Participate in workshops, trainings, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and present project outcomes.

• Take ownership of selected project deliverables.

• Contribute to project planning, status tracking, and overall project management activities.

• Gain exposure to a wide variety of industries, topics, and methodologies, building a broad skillset for future career growth.

• Actively participate in business development activities, knowledge sharing, and internal initiatives.

Our Advisory team supports leading organizations in addressing complex accounting and financial reporting challenges. We help clients interpret and apply Polish GAAP and IFRS requirements, assess the impact of new standards, resolve technical issues, and strengthen the quality and consistency of their financial reporting. Our projects focus on areas such as IFRS implementation, accounting policy design, complex transactions, financial restatements, and reporting process enhancements.
