For our Client, an international Company and leader in the production of paper and packaging, we are looking for an experienced Candidate for the position of Client Service and Logistic Team Lead.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in sales, client service, or logistics
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) – ability to prepare documents, use Outlook functionalities, create tables and perform complex calculations in Excel, and prepare PowerPoint presentations
English – fluent in speaking, reading, and writing (B2)
Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, initiative, accuracy, responsibility
Ability to work independently and in a team, organize information clearly, communicate ideas effectively in speech and writing, manage activities, and drive change
Ability to coordinate teams, form a productive work atmosphere, and support employee development and initiative
Ability to consistently and persistently achieve goals
Knowledge of working time regulations and labor law requirements
Principles of LEAN management and related tools and methodologies
Strategic thinking abilities
Category B driving license
Responsibilities
Coordinate tasks related to contract fulfillment based on approved sales plans, contractual terms, and data provided by clients and sales managers, ensuring high-quality client service
Manage documents related to product delivery and logistics
Analyze product delivery efficiency, client feedback, and provide recommendations to improve work quality and client service processes
Organize and participate in inventory processes according to Company regulations
Prepare reports or other required information for the direct supervisor regarding targets, plans, and task completion
Participate in departmental, divisional, and Company projects, providing suggestions for process improvements
Ensure smooth and efficient work organization in logistics and warehouse operations
Maintain proper product turnover in the warehouse
Manage logistics issues and make timely decisions both internally and with carriers
Analyze and improve processes in company systems (Freidesk, ABB, D365 Axapta Dynamics)
Ensure smooth order-to-delivery process, meeting deadlines, correct addresses, and full order quantities
Ensure proper maintenance and upgrading of warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
Analyze and provide recommendations regarding finished goods storage
Perform other tasks as described in the sales procedures related to assigned functions
Develop, motivate, and encourage employees according to Company regulations, ensuring competency growth
