On behalf of our client – a leading Polish manufacturer of waterproofing materials – we are looking for a Key Account Manager: a proactive and motivated individual who will be responsible for active sales and relationship building with business partners in Southern Germany.
***Knowledge of bituminous membranes is required***
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or related industry
- Strong knowledge of the German market – an existing network of contacts is a plus
- Fluency in German (a must)
- Communicative level of English
- Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Germany
- Self-reliance, determination, and a strong focus on achieving results
Responsibilities
- Active acquisition of B2B clients (construction wholesalers, material suppliers, contractors) in the Southern Germany market
- Building long-term business relationships based on trust and partnership
- Presenting company products and offering technical advice tailored to client needs
- Close cooperation with the export and logistics teams in Poland
- Market analysis, monitoring of competitor activities, and preparation of sales reports
- Participation in industry trade fairs and events promoting the brand in Germany
