The role
You will join our team at a well-defined stage - Our recruitment and employer branding strategy is already in place, and your role will be to take it forward. Through a comprehensive handover process, you will gain a thorough understanding of our current initiatives, project pipelines, and strategic priorities, enabling you to continue driving delivery with the full support of both the team and management.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for 18 months. For a high-performing individual, there may be an opportunity to be considered for a permanent role at the conclusion of the contract.
What you'll be doing
Taking over a clearly defined recruitment and employer branding strategy through a structured handover process and continuing its implementation from day one.
Coordinating the recruitment cycle for approximately 15 Market Analyst roles across our Gdańsk, Warsaw, and Poznań offices - from job posting and sourcing through screening, interviews, and offer stage.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with hiring managers/HR Representatives in each of the three offices, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration throughout the hiring process.
Actively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other relevant channels, in line with the established sourcing strategy.
Managing and updating our internal ATS on an ongoing basis, ensuring accurate tracking of all candidates and processes at every stage (full training provided).
Maintaining consistent, timely, and professional communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process, in accordance with company standards.
Taking ownership of candidate experience - ensuring every candidate’s interaction reflects positively on Futures First as an employer.
Executing the employer branding calendar, including participation in career fairs and job market events across Poland, organisation of open office days at individual locations, and managing our presence on social media and job platforms.
Collaborating with external partners such as job boards and universities as part of the existing EB strategy.
Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics to track progress against hiring targets and flag any risks or bottlenecks early.
Acting as an ambassador for the Futures First employer brand in every candidate and partner interaction.
What we're looking for
2-3 years of recruitment experience, either agency-side or in-house.
At least 1 year of hands-on employer branding experience.
Experience working with at least one ATS platform.
Strong written and spoken English, demonstrated to a professional level.
Fluent written and spoken Polish, demonstrated to a professional level.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A solid understanding of employer branding principles and candidate experience best practices.
