HR & Communications Specialist

• Didactic – focused on education, corporate training, and learning programs

Your responsibilities

As HR & Communications Specialist, you will support our people‑related processes and strengthen our communication with clients and partners.

• Coordinating communication with clients and partner organizations — sharing updates, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth information flow.

• Supporting recruitment processes by communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• Preparing clear, well‑structured communication materials (announcements, updates, briefs, presentations) for internal and external use.

• Assisting in employer branding and corporate communication initiatives that strengthen our visibility and reputation in the market.

• Coordinating onboarding communication and ensuring new team members receive the right information at the right time.

• Working closely with the director and the team to maintain consistent messaging and a professional brand image across all channels.

Our requirements

More than formal education or previous career path, we value the motivation of the candidate. No specific experience is required, but willingness to learn and achieve results is essential.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinking, energy and ambition.

• Ability to build relationships and maintain a positive, professional tone in communication.

• Having your own network of contacts or ease in building one will be a strong advantage.

• Interest in HR, communication, well‑being, education, or developing new practical concepts — another strong asset.
