IT Recruiter & People Partner
👉 We are looking for a IT Recruiter and People Partner to join Happy Team and help us attract great talent while creating an exceptional employee experience for our team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with people, and making a real impact on both recruitment and employee engagement. You will be responsible for the entire candidate journey - from sourcing and screening to onboarding - as well as supporting your colleagues throughout their time at Happy Team.
👉 In this role you will be:
🔹 Proactively sourcing IT professionals through various channels, including LinkedIn and direct outreach
🔹 Creating and publishing engaging job advertisements that reflect our culture and values
🔹 Conducting recruitment screenings and assessing candidates' experience, motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit
🔹 Managing and maintaining recruitment pipeline while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
🔹 Coordinating recruitment processes with hiring managers and supporting them in making informed hiring decisions
🔹 Preparing and leading onboarding processes to help new team members feel welcomed and set up for success from day one
🔹 Coordinating offboarding processes and ensuring a smooth employee departure experience
🔹 Organizing business trips, team events, and company retreats
🔹 Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with employees to understand their needs, challenges, motivations, and development goals
🔹Gathering employee feedback and conducting feedback conversations focused on performance, collaboration, and overall quality of work
🔹 Monitoring employee engagement, wellbeing, and satisfaction while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
🔹 Supporting initiatives that strengthen our company culture and help keep Happy Team truly happy.
👉 Qualifications and experience required:
🔹 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR, or a similar role
🔹 At least 3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, conducting screening interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
🔹 Experience gathering and delivering constructive feedback, as well as facilitating performance and development conversations
🔹 Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes and building positive employee experiences
🔹 Ability to build trusted relationships with employees, candidates, and hiring managers
🔹 Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
🔹 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
🔹 Fluent English (C1 level minimum)
🔹 Interest in AI tools with the ability to identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks
🔹 Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in creating a positive employee experience.
