Main purpose of the position:
This new role has been created to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of People & Culture (P&C) operations by maintaining employee data, administering HR systems, and supporting the full employee lifecycle across multiple locations.
What you’ll do:
Administration of P&C systems, including:
- e-learning system
- performance management system
- Employee Central (e.g., SuccessFactors)
Maintaining and updating employee data in P&C systems
Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Managing and maintaining personnel files in line with legal and internal requirements
Preparing and administering employee documentation
Supporting employee lifecycle processes:
- onboarding
- employee changes
- offboarding
Handling P&C tickets and responding to standard employee and manager queries
Supporting high-volume operational activities
Providing administrative coordination and support for HR processes across multiple locations (Warsaw, Copenhagen, and other supported countries)
Key qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in P&C / HR in a multinational environment
Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
Very good command of English
Basic knowledge of Polish labor law
Ability to connect information and understand the broader context
Ability to work on-site
