As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative Graphic Designer who'll help shape our brand, create engaging visual content and support our marketing initiatives and digital presence.

🎯 Your Mission

You'll combine creative design with digital marketing support, helping build a strong and consistent brand across all online and offline channels. From designing websites and marketing materials to improving user experience and supporting campaigns, you'll play a key role in how K Charles is presented to customers and partners.

🚀 What You'll Do

• 🎨 Design modern, high-converting websites, graphics and marketing materials.

• 💻 Create intuitive website layouts and user experiences using Figma and WordPress.

• 🌐 Build, update and optimise company websites and landing pages.

• 📱 Create engaging content for social media and support our digital marketing activities.

• 🚀 Support online marketing campaigns with creative assets across multiple channels.

• 📈 Improve websites through UX/UI, SEO, responsive design and performance best practices.

• 🤖 Explore and use AI tools to enhance design, content creation and creative workflows.

• 📊 Ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all touchpoints.

• 🤝 Collaborate with different teams to turn ideas into impactful digital solutions.

• ✅ Take ownership of projects from concept to launch, delivering high-quality work on time.

✅ What We're Looking For

Essential

• 🎯 At least 1  year of experience in graphic and web design.

• 🎨 Strong hands-on experience with Figma and WordPress.

• 💡 Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design and website performance.

• 📂 Portfolio showcasing high-quality design projects.

• 🗂 Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• 🔍 A proactive mindset with great attention to detail and the confidence to work independently.

• 🤝 Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• 📈 Commercial awareness—you understand that great design delivers business results.

• 🇬🇧 Fluent English (written & spoken).

Nice to Have

• 🤖 Experience with AI design and content creation tools.

• 🔍 Basic SEO knowledge.

• 🎥 Video editing or motion graphics experience.

• 📢 Experience creating content for social media or supporting digital marketing campaigns.
