Role purpose:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in developing and scaling our GBS Centre by attracting and securing top talent across finance, procurement, analytics, and other core GBS functions. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring strong cultural and functional alignment, while building trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Recruitment Activities:
Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes across finance, procurement, analytics, and other GBS functions
Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
Scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring stages, and negotiating offers
Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
Maintaining clear, consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders
Process Management & Optimization:
Coordinating and streamlining recruitment workflow at each stage
Upholding high-quality recruitment standards and internal processes
Preparing reports, summaries, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System
Relationship Building:
Developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders
Understanding functional needs and advising on recruitment strategies
Supporting onboarding activities when required
Employer Branding & Outreach:
Representing the company at events, meetups, and networking opportunities
Supporting the Recruitment Manager in employer branding initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment within SSC/BPO/GBS environments, particularly across finance, procurement, analytics and other business support areas
Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring within SSC/BPO/GBS environments
Practical knowledge of sourcing methods and talent market dynamics
Good understanding of the EMEA talent landscape
Proven ability to reach candidates via various channels
Fluency in English and Polish
Independence in managing the assigned tasks and focus on quality
Ability to organize workflow
Proactive attitude
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
