Content Operations Specialist

Ensure the on-time and in-full assembly, preparation and provision of any on-page content on the new CMS for Headless (Contentful), including Meta Data for SEO.

The role will be primarily responsible for securing actuality, accuracy and completeness of all content displayed in the frontend of the e-commerce platform in preparation for launch on the new e-Commerce architecture.

Tasks

• Secure OTIF (on time in full) delivery of all on-page content in the new content structure

• Support bulk migration efforts through automation and workflow improvements to ensure API-driven content is displayed correctly..

• Optimize SEO metadata, structured data, and on-page content for search visibility

• Execute updates on translations and localization of content and urls (or slugs)

• Implement Active Merchandising tools and functionalities to improve Usability and Cart Creation (Merchandising not in Contentful)

• Proactively ensure that all content is displayed correctly (including 3rd party content) and highlight any issues to the relevant stakeholders

• Verify that all content is available on staging environment ahead of launch and then synced and correctly displayed at launch

• Perform according to KPIs to implement and execute features and functions within the merchandising area

• Implement quality control measures to ensure an unparalleled customer experience.

Must haves in this role

• Experience with CMS tools like Contentful, Sitecore, Prismic, Figma, Jira or Smartsheet will be an advantage

• Basic HTML/CSS skills to troubleshoot minor formatting/display issues.

• Relevant experience in similar position with an e-Commerce business (ideally international retail brand or big local player) or agency

• Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Development or a related field will be an asset

• Fluency in English – you will work in English on daily basis

• Proficiency in a second EU language (excluding Polish and English) is a plus.

• Strong computer literacy – you’re comfortable using all MS Office tools

• Good organization skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced, agile environment.
