The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Lead / HR Service Delivery Leader to support global organizations in driving people strategy, organizational transformation, and HR operational excellence.

This role combines strategic HR Business Partnering with leadership in HR Service Delivery, ensuring people initiatives are aligned with business goals while continuously improving HR processes, employee experience, and service quality.

You will collaborate with senior business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, and global stakeholders to deliver impactful HR solutions and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnering

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management.

• Support organizational transformation and change initiatives.

• Use HR analytics and workforce insights to support business decision-making.

• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.

HR Service Delivery Leadership

• Lead and optimize end-to-end HR service delivery.

• Monitor HR service performance through KPIs and SLAs.

• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, technologies, and operating models.

• Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, and external partners.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Talent & Organizational Development

• Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.

• Support talent acquisition, retention, career development, and leadership capability building.

• Promote employee engagement, diversity, and well-being initiatives.

• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and leadership support.

Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders.

• Influence strategic people decisions using data and business insights.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout organizational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in HR, including HR Business Partnering and HR Operations / HR Service Delivery.

• Experience partnering with senior leadership in international or matrix organizations.

• Strong experience in HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.

• Solid knowledge of workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent management.

• Experience leading HR operational excellence and service delivery improvements.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Experience working with HR metrics and people analytics.

• Fluent English.
