Our approach combines local marketing, SEO, Reputation Management, Customer Experience and AI.
Your Role
We are looking for a person who will take ownership of content and social media in an AI-driven environment.
This role includes:
strategy
content creation
optimization and scaling
We treat content as a system, built on data, case studies, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Build and develop content strategy (website, social media, PR)
Create and optimize content for SEO, GEO, and conversion (blog, website, case studies, sponsored and affiliate articles)
Contribute to materials such as reports, e-books, and rankings
Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, X)
Adapt content to platform formats and algorithms
Use AI Tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in day-to-day content work
Develop prompts and scalable content workflows
Repurpose and localize content for different markets
Run buzz marketing activities
Conduct research (topics, data, competitors)
Support sales, marketing, affiliate, and customer success teams with content
Publish and format content in WordPress
Requirements
Fluent English (C1+), written and spoken
Strong knowledge of Claude AI and other LLMs for content creation
Advanced prompting skills (hands-on experience)
Experience in B2B content marketing (SaaS, tech, or marketing)
Ability to write clear, structured, and data-driven content
Experience managing social media in international markets
Understanding of SEO and GEO
Familiarity with platform dynamics: LinkedIn, Meta, X, and YouTube
Ability to work independently and implement tools
Strong research skills and data awareness
WordPress proficiency (content publishing and formatting)
Ability to create simple graphics and videos (AI, Canva, InShot, or similar)
Proactivity and ownership of results
Nice to Have
Additional language (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese)
Experience in retail marketing, local SEO
Experience with analytics tools (GA4, GSC, SEO tools)
Experience with KPI-driven content (newsletters, sales sequences, follow-ups)
Work Model
Remote / hybrid
Poznań: 1 day per week in the office
Outside Poznań: 1 day per month in the office
Compensation
8,000 - 12,000 PLN net (B2B)
