International Sales Specialist
About Us
We are a SaaS company supporting multi-location brands (retail, services) in increasing visibility, managing reputation, and driving in-store customer traffic through channels such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Bing Maps.
We work with companies operating at scale, where local visibility, reviews, and data consistency have a direct impact on sales performance.
Our current client base is mainly in Poland. We are expanding sales into international markets (Western Europe, UK, US).
Your Role
We are looking for a person who will independently manage B2B sales in international markets - from first contact to closing.
This is an operational role with real ownership of the pipeline and results.
We put strong emphasis on:
working with data and process
using HubSpot as the central tool
automation and the use of AI in sales
Responsibilities
Data and database building (~20% of time)
Building and developing prospect databases (prospecting tools)
Segmenting and preparing data for sales activities
Implementing and maintaining databases in HubSpot
Outbound and lead generation (~30% of time)
Cold calling and cold outreach to B2B clients (50/50)
Identifying and qualifying leads in international markets
Initiating contact and scheduling meetings
Lead handling and sales (~40% of time)
Managing the full sales cycle (discovery, demo, offer, negotiation, closing)
Creating sales offers and presentations (Google Slides)
Running online and offline meetings
Participating in industry events and trade shows
Representing LocalZen at international events (e.g. Shoptalk, DMEXCO, NRF)
Operations, optimization, strategy (~10% of time)
Pipeline reporting and analysis
Sales process optimization
Implementing automation and improvements
Collaborating with marketing on outbound campaigns
Internal team meetings
Tools and Work Setup
HubSpot as the main tool (pipelines, sequences, dashboards)
Prospecting and database tools (for example: Lusha, Apollo, etc.)
ClickUp for task management
Slack for communication
AI (including Claude) to support sales, research, and communication
Work based on a clearly defined pipeline and targets
Requirements
2 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS / martech preferred)
Experience in enterprise sales
Experience working in international markets
Ability to manage the full sales cycle
Strong knowledge of HubSpot:
pipeline setup
sequence creation
dashboards and reporting
Ability to independently create offers and presentations (Google Slides)
Experience with outbound (cold calling, prospecting)
English at C1+ level (spoken and written)
Ability to build and work with data and databases
Experience using AI in sales (prompting, automation)
Independence and ownership of results
Nice to Have
Additional languages (DE, ES, FR, IT, PT)
Understanding of CX, local marketing, SEO, reputation management
Experience with partnerships (agencies, resellers)
Experience selling in UK / US markets
Work Model
Remote / hybrid
Poznań: 1 day per week in the office
Outside Poznań: 1 day per month in the office
Compensation
Base salary: 9,000 PLN net + performance-based bonus (on avarge ~12,000–20,000 PLN net in the first 3 months total - no upper limit)
