We’re looking for a passionate IT Recruiter who’s excited about connecting top tech talent with the right opportunities.

🌍 Working across international markets (Poland, Portugal, France, UK), you’ll play a key role in building high-performing teams in areas like AI, DevOps, and Cybersecurity.

🔎 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for IT & tech consulting roles

• Sourcing and headhunting top candidates (LinkedIn, GitHub, and beyond)

• Conducting interviews and assessing both technical and soft skills

• Partnering with hiring managers and sales teams to define hiring needs

• Managing ATS (Zoho Recruit) and candidate pipelines

✅ What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment

• Solid understanding of technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps)

• Fluent Polish & English

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• A proactive, self-driven mindset
