BUSINESS MANAGER
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting on potential clients using the combination of sales and business development methods including; cold calling, both in-person and via telephone, professional networking and other electronic media such as social networking tools and promotional sales techniques
- Development and maintenance of close relationships with clients
- Follow the evolution of the problems of your clients to ensure a true advisory and recommendation
- Manage the day to day and strategic sales process
- Providing highest level of customer service
- Responding to RFPs
- Business Development in IT field: IT contracting, permanent recruitment, IT outsourcing
- Close cooperation with HR department: participation in interviews, sourcing for Consultants, coaching of Consultants
- Reporting to the Country Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/MA Degree in commercial/business specialization
- At least 3 years of experience in Information & Technology consulting business as Business Manager
- Experience in dealing with client and new initiative
- Ability to acquire new accounts
- Experience in sales of recruitment services would be an asset
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, self-driven with positive attitude
