We are looking for a Leader of Talent Agents to join our team ✨
What you'll do:
- Defining business goals and objectives, developing and implementing plans to achieve them;
- Establishing and launching processes for recruiting, training, and managing Talent Agents, ensuring the fulfillment of placement plans with bloggers;
- Recruiting, training, and supporting Talent Agents;
- Ensuring that advertising placements with bloggers are successfully executed by the Talent Agents;
- Developing partnerships with bloggers and influencers to expand our network;
- Controlling daily processes and ensuring compliance with company policies.
What we expect:
- More than 5 years of experience in the field of Internet marketing, blogging, and affiliate business;
- At least 3 years of experience in business management or team leadership roles;
- Ability to build business processes and strategies for sales and business development;
- Skills in managing complex projects and working in a multitasking environment;
- Developed analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of information;
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of online marketing;
- Proactive approach with the ability to achieve goals independently;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language;
- Fluent knowledge of the Polish language;
- Nice to have: working experience in an influencer agency.
