🛠️ Job description 🛠️

🎯 As a Project Manager, you will be our key person in managing projects for clients from the USA who spend between $500,000 and $3M on marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing teams of specialists and coordinating projects,
• Focusing on the client and their success — from reporting to regular meetings,
• Supporting a strategic approach to optimizing marketing activities, from PPC to SEO, UX, and CRO.

• 🤝 You have an open attitude towards client communication,
• 🌍 You speak English fluently (B2+/C1 level),
• 💻 You have extensive experience in Digital Marketing. You’ve worked cross-functionally with diverse teams — technical, creative, web development, paid media — and know how to effectively collaborate with both developers and designers.
• 🎯 You have experience with project management tools — Asana, Slack, Notion, GSuite, etc.
• ⚙️ You have experience managing projects and task teams, and you know how to coordinate, set goals, and assign tasks,
• 📊 You know how to create reports and analyses, and you have the skills to extract and visualize simple data sets (knowledge of Google Sheets),
• 🌱 You are growth-oriented, not afraid of challenges, and enjoy taking responsibility for co-leading projects.

• 💰 A salary of 9,000 - 11,500 PLN net on an invoice (7,000 - 9,000 take-home pay) + fast growth opportunities through international projects,
