Creative Producer, Social Virality (Remote)

At Novakid, we are on a mission to build the world’s best online education platform for children. With over 80,000 students and 3,500 teachers, Novakid is already one of the most popular language learning platforms for children aged 4–12 across Europe and Asia.

We are looking for a creative person who lives and breathes social media trends and knows what it takes to go viral. Mission: to lead the development of bold, high-impact content campaigns on organic social media channels that parents will consume obsessively.

Being the creative engine driving short-form video concepts, storytelling hooks, and trend-savvy campaigns. Close collaboration with our production and social media teams, but you’ll be the idea owner who ensures content is made to spread.

• Social Media Content ideation & Strategy formation within the project frame

• Content creation & Execution

• Innovation & Experimentation

Must-have qualities:

• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts (from organic side)

• Creative thinker who thrives on big ideas and can turn them into tight, punchy executions

• Comfort collaborating with a video production team (you don’t need to be an editor, but need to have clear visions to brief the production)

• Strong storytelling instincts: hooks, pacing, and cliffhangers come naturally

• Understanding of cross-cultural humor and interpretations (strong focus on TR and PL)

• Fun, bold, experimental personality, passionate about social media virality and parenting

Must have:

• Track record of creating content that gained traction/virality (portfolio or examples welcome).

• Understanding of TR and/or PL market
