Culture & Organizational Development Expert (International Scope)

We are looking for a Culture & Organizational Development Expert who will help us scale this ambition across our international footprint.

Your mission

You will translate our culture and transformation agenda into tangible solutions—supporting leaders, enabling change, and strengthening how we learn, collaborate, and grow as a global organization.

What you'll do

• Drive culture and change initiatives across markets and business units

• Co-create and implement integrated culture solutions, connecting talent, performance, and engagement

• Enhance Performance Management practices by ensuring effective goal setting, goal cascading, and performance reviews across the organization

• Strengthen growth mindset and learning organization practices across teams

• Partner with leaders and HR to strengthen organizational effectiveness, collaboration, and team performance

• Foster a culture where learning, growth, and business impact go hand in hand

• Use people and performance data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and inform organizational decisions

• Bring external benchmarks and innovative approaches to culture and employee experience

• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance culture, communication, and learning

• Facilitate workshops and interventions in an international, cross-cultural environment

Who we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in culture, organizational development, change management, and/or performance management

• Experience in international and multicultural organizations

• Proven experience in designing and enhancing Performance Management practices in complex, geographically dispersed organizations

• Experience in assessing goal quality, goal cascading, and performance outcomes to drive continuous improvement

• Hands-on experience with Workday or a comparable Performance Management solution

• Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across matrix organizations

• Experience in organizational transformation, culture change, and leadership enablement, experience supporting post-M&A integration will be considered an advantage

• Interest in and practical use of AI and digital tools in people & culture work

• Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus

• Curiosity, learning agility, a collaborative approach, and a growth mindset
