Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join us on a B2B cooperation basis, supporting our Digital Marketing operations in running PPC campaigns. As part of this cooperation, you would be responsible for designing and executing dynamic PPC campaigns across various media platforms, reaching the right audience at the right time. The outcomes of your work will directly support our goal of helping hotels maximise occupancy rates and increase their share of direct bookings.

Scope of cooperation:

• Planning, implementing, and managing paid campaigns – Google Ads, Meta Ads.

• Developing effective strategies for clients – including remarketing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization to achieve campaign goals.

• Regular communication with clients, providing progress updates and presenting results.

• Conducting data analysis and reporting using Google Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4.

• Optional participation in projects commissioned as part of the cooperation, focused on improving processes, developing new products/services, or knowledge sharing.

Requirements

You'll thrive in this cooperation if:

• Prior experience in digital marketing, preferably gained at an advertising agency or media house (at least 1–2 years).

• Proven ability to independently manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for clients.

• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.

• Good understanding of customer segmentation and customer journeys.

• Experience in direct client interaction (meetings, calls, regular check-ins).

• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for audiences without specialist expertise.

• Market and competitor research skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Fluent Polish (native level required) and English (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience managing TikTok Ads / Microsoft (Bing Ads) campaigns.

This cooperation is based on a B2B contract, carried out under a self-employed business activity.
