We're hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to run our marketing end-to-end. That means building the case studies and content outbound relies on, keeping SEO and our external directory presence in shape, and setting up the attribution that shows us what's actually working.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Set up lead-source attribution, tagging every lead by channel to track what's driving results.

• Keep publishing content regularly: case studies, co-marketing, with AI baked into the workflow.

• Turn delivered projects into case studies that give outbound and the site something real to point to.

• Handle SEO and site upkeep, build out our presence on external directories and profiles, and do some light link-building on the side.

• Support the BDM and SDR with outreach materials and campaigns that actually get used.

Who we're looking for:

• A B2B/agency marketer: content, SEO, and basic web.

• Experience turning finished work into case studies and proof points.

• AI-fluent; able to write credibly about design and finance.

• Comfortable owning attribution and reporting, not just producing content.

• Self-directed at ~2-3 days a week, comfortable owning a small, clearly scoped remit.

• A clear track record of SEO, link building, ad campaigns, and real traction.

• Bonus: experience managing directory or profile listings (Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, etc).

Compensation: 8000-10000 PLN net.
