We are now growing our team and looking for driven professionals ready to build their careers in a strong, international studio with a product that’s making waves worldwide.

This position is responsible for shaping and producing RubyPlay’s marketing creative across digital channels.
It is dedicated to corporate, brand and marketing content, and requires a Creative Designer who can combine strong visual thinking, motion design, video editing and AI-enabled production to develop high-quality content that strengthens the brand and supports the company’s communication goals.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Develop strong creative concepts that translate marketing objectives into clear, distinctive and engaging visual communication

• Take ownership of creative projects from initial brief and ideation through production and final delivery

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve RubyPlay’s visual content, formats and creative approach

• Create cohesive digital content across social media, video, motion, web, email, employer branding and corporate communications

• Apply a social-first mindset, with a strong understanding of how content should be adapted for different audiences, platforms and formats

• Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, production and experimentation while maintaining a high professional standard

• Maintain and strengthen brand consistency while contributing new ideas and creative direction

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, PR, HR and other internal stakeholders

• Manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality work within demanding timelines
  

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

• Proven experience in digital design, motion design and video editing within a marketing, brand or creative environment

• A strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking, visual storytelling and high-quality execution across static and motion content

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, or equivalent professional tools

• Strong experience using AI-powered tools for design, image generation, video production, editing and creative development

• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, branding and digital design principles

• Ability to develop creative concepts rather than only execute predefined briefs

• Strong understanding of social media content, short-form storytelling and audience behavior 

• Experience creating content for digital platforms, websites and email communications

• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage projects from concept to completion

• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills

• Professional-level English
