SEO/AIO Specialist

About the role

We're looking for an experienced SEO/AIO Specialist who wants to own visibility, not just rankings.

Search is changing. Traditional SEO is no longer enough, and we're investing heavily in how SINGU is discovered across both search engines and AI-powered experiences. This role combines technical SEO, content optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), giving you ownership over how our products and brand are represented across Google Search, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and other emerging AI search platforms.

You'll define the direction, execute the strategy, measure the outcomes and continuously improve our organic performance across multiple websites as we consolidate them into one European platform.

This is a hybrid role based in Kraków or Warsaw (2–3 days per week from the office).

What You Will Bring to the Team

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment, with measurable business results.

• Proven experience building SEO strategies for the UK and/or DACH markets.

• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimisation and content strategy.

• Hands-on experience with AI Search Optimisation, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) or Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). We're looking for someone already working with AI visibility—not someone planning to learn it here.

• Daily experience working with Profound, Surfer SEO, Rank Math and SEMrush.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions and priorities.

• Fluent English, as it's our company language.

Nice to have:

• Conversational German or another European language.

• Previous experience leading SEO initiatives within a scale-up environment.

• Experience mentoring junior SEO specialists.

• Experience working alongside technical agencies or web development teams.

Your Mission

Own and Scale Organic & AI Visibility Across Europe's Leading PropTech Platform.

• You'll own the SEO, AIO and GEO strategy across the SINGU Group's websites, building a long-term roadmap that supports our transition towards one unified digital platform.

• You'll work hands-on with our SEO tool stack every day, using Profound, Surfer SEO, Rank Math and SEMrush to identify opportunities, optimise content and monitor performance.

• You'll go beyond traditional search. A key part of your role will be monitoring and improving how SINGU appears inside AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and other emerging AI search experiences.

• You'll partner with our external SEO agency on technical architecture, ensuring every structural decision supports long-term organic growth.

• You'll mentor two junior SEO specialists, helping them develop their technical skills, reviewing their work and setting clear priorities.

• You'll own reporting across rankings, AI visibility, traffic and business impact. We value measurable outcomes over activity reports.
