HR Operations & Payroll Projects Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Projects Specialist to join our Group HR team and support HR operations, payroll coordination, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple European markets.

Your responsibilities:

HR Operations & Payroll Projects

• Coordinate and actively participate in Group-level HR Operations and payroll projects, including international initiatives

• Manage collaboration between HR teams, payroll providers (including TMF), and stakeholders across multiple markets

• Support the standardisation of HR and payroll processes across the organisation

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR systems and related projects (e.g. Dayforce, SAP)

  Payroll Coordination & Data Quality

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process from an operational and process perspective — validating accuracy, managing data flows, and coordinating with outsourced payroll providers

• Ensure the quality, completeness, and timeliness of payroll-relevant HR data

• Support payroll operations across current markets: Poland, UK, France, and Italy — with potential to expand to additional markets

  Automation & Digitalisation

• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and digitise HR and payroll documentation and processes

• Design and improve end-to-end HR operational workflows with a focus on scalability and efficiency

• Participate in digital HR initiatives and contribute to Group-level operational standards

  Operational HR Support

• Prepare and review standard HR documentation (contracts, amendments) from a process perspective

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes in relation to systems, tools, and compliance standards

• Provide process and system-related support to HR Business Partners and HR teams

Our requirements:

• Solid, hands-on experience in HR operations and Polish labour law — you are confident working independently

• Strong understanding of payroll processes and the ability to validate payroll calculations — direct experience with payroll or close collaboration with a payroll provider (e.g. TMF) is essential

• Experience with HR/payroll systems (SAP, Dayforce, or equivalent)

• Proven track record in HR process improvement, automation, or digitalisation

• Experience in or exposure to system implementations or testing

• Good command of English - B2

Optional

• Experience with international payroll coordination

• Experience in Group-level or multi-entity HR environments

• A big-picture mindset: ability to look beyond a single market or process and think in terms of the whole HR operations model
