Backoffice Specialist with Hungarian

For our Client, we are looking for a Backoffice Specialist with Hungarian for a temporary contract (12-month cover). The person joining the team will be responsible for supporting administrative and logistical operations on the Hungarian market. The role focuses on efficient data management, documentation workflow, and close cooperation with the international team.

Job responsibilities

• Comprehensive processing and monitoring of orders and operational data in the system.

• Supporting the logistics and transport planning team in daily administrative tasks.

• Maintaining ongoing contact with Hungarian-speaking customers and internal departments.

• Preparing, verifying, and archiving operational, sales, and transport documentation.

• Generating current reports and data analysis for the team's needs.

• Identifying areas for process optimization in daily backoffice workflows.

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar backoffice, customer service, or logistics role.

• Strong knowledge of office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Highly organized, with the ability to set priorities effectively under time pressure.

• High level of independence, accuracy, and strong work ethics.

• Customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
