TeaCode is a team of 25 great people who are deeply interested in building applications from scratch. Within TeaCode’s development we would like to work with an experienced Graphic Designer. He or she will not only be an integral part of building applications for our clients but also work on TeaCode’s internal stuff.
We can assure you that your ideas will be more than welcome in TeaCode. We appreciate creativity and a sense of aesthetics. We are looking for a person focused on UX.
What will you do with us?
- Prepare wireframes, prototypes and designs for web & mobile applications based on the workshops with our clients
- Design User Interfaces and prepare prototypes that show how the product will look like and work
- Cooperate with Product Owners to collect and evaluate user requirements
- Verify designs with user feedback
- Work and support the Developers with all the design elements needed
- Work with web and mobile UX/UI
- Troubleshoot UX issues
- Work on the company’s website (rebuild the whole website)
- Create materials for internal purposes
- Cooperate closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist
- Build a Design Team in TeaCode
It would be perfect if you:
- have at least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- have experience in creating UX
- have portfolio with projects designed for web and mobile applications
- have knowledge of design software (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Software) and prototyping tools (Zeplin, InVision)
- have knowledge of User Centered Design
- have an excellent eye for detail
- have good communication skills
- know how to take care of the coherence of the company’s visual language
- are creative
- have proactive attitude
- speak Polish and English very well
