We are a software Consultancy, who provide highly skilled consultants to support client business needs. We work within private and public sectors, including financial services, government, healthcare, property, education, oil & gas, broadcasting, gaming and renewable energy organisations. We are continuously growing as a business, with new client wins and have multiple offices located in the UK, Poland and in Canada. 

As we expand our Operations team, we are looking for an ambitious recruitment consultant to join our Polish branch of the company. You will support the growth of the company by hiring IT experts across a variety of positions, working alongside our existing internal hiring managers and external partners.

      Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing top talent candidates to fulfil vacancies.

• Organising interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Interview preparation, feedback and salary negotiation. 

• Supporting the onboarding process of candidates. 

• Posting advertisements and highlighting company updates. 

• Attending meet-ups to keep up to date with the industry.

• Supporting a new office culture in Warsaw.
  
  Requirements:

• 3+ years experience working in a Tech Recruitment position.

• Strong knowledge of the technology industry and tools used. 

• Very good command of English, at a minimum B2/C1 level.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment sourcing platforms/tools such as Job boards and LinkedIn.

• Have a strong work ethic and ability to self-manage.
