Junior Business Development / Operations (Web3 × RWA)

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone at the intersection of sales and technology. We're not looking for a developer. We're looking for someone who understands how today's market works, is naturally comfortable with digital tools, uses AI as a day-to-day tool, and understands what DeFi is, without necessarily knowing the mechanics of individual protocols.

What You'll Do

• Support business development: market and potential partner research, preparation of materials, CRM management and hygiene, and follow-ups

• Work with our internal stack (Airtable, AI tools, internal systems), maintaining and improving it

• Be present in industry channels (X, LinkedIn), monitor the RWA/DeFi market, and report on what matters

• Provide hands-on operational support to the founders across ongoing projects

What We Expect

• Fluent English, written and spoken (all external communication and most documentation is in English)

• Comfortable with digital tools and working with AI - show us how you actually use them

• Basic understanding of crypto/DeFi/RWA, driven by curiosity, not a course (advanced knowledge is a major plus)

• Self-sufficiency: you receive context and a goal, not step-by-step instructions

• Wrocław: working from the office at least 3 days a week. This is not a remote role and will not become one.

Nice to Have

• Initial experience in sales, business development, an agency, or a startup

• Interest in financial markets or real estate

• Personal projects, hackathons, or involvement in Web3 communities
