Senior HR Business Partner - Szallas Group (part-time)

At Szallas Group, we're building a modern, business-focused HR function that helps our leaders and teams succeed. We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our Polish business, Nocowanie.pl, as we continue to grow and evolve. 

This is a strategic HR role with real business impact. You'll partner closely with local leaders to strengthen leadership capability, build high-performing teams, drive organizational change, and shape the employee experience. While you'll own the strategic people agenda, you'll work alongside our local HR Operations function, which sits within Finance and manages HR administration and operational processes.

What you'll be doing 

As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will: 

• Serve as the trusted HR partner to the Polish leadership team. 

• Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning and people decisions. 

• Coach leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams. 

• Lead complex employee relations cases and ensure compliance with Polish Labour Law. 

• Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development. 

• Partner with managers on recruitment strategy and lead hiring for key roles. 

• Analyse employee engagement results and lead initiatives that strengthen culture and collaboration. 

• Use people data and HR metrics to identify trends and support business decisions. 

• Drive the local implementation of Group HR initiatives while representing the needs of the Polish business within the wider HR team. 

• Lead and contribute to cross-country HR projects that improve the employee and manager experience.

What we're looking for 

You'll be successful in this role if you have: 

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner. 

• Strong experience partnering with business leaders in a dynamic environment. 

• Excellent knowledge of Polish Labour Law and employee relations. 

• Experience supporting organizational change and transformation. 

• Recruitment experience across a variety of professional roles. 

• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills. 

• A pragmatic, commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. 

• Experience using HR data to support business decisions. 

• Fluent Polish and English. 

Nice to have 

• Experience in technology, digital or other fast-growing businesses. 

• Experience working in an international or matrix organization. 

• HR project management experience. 

• Coaching or facilitation certification.
