What we're looking for

The Logistics Specialist will manage and oversee all aspects of customs compliance and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and lawful execution of all import/export activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to manage the logistics of shipments
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for international shipments, including customs declarations and cargo manifests
• Analyze supply chain operations to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency within the supply chain
• Conduct audits of current procedures to ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support and contribute to projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customs compliance or supply chain role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Upper-intermediate English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
