Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling innovative AI & Big Data solutions and software services to large and medium-sized enterprises across diverse industries. If you are passionate about driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and excelling in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

  • Sell to large and medium size enterprise customers within the various industries
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in a target organization
  • Lead and coordinate proposal preparations with support from the pre-sales and engineering teams
  • Personalize the sales approach to the client’s needs
  • Negotiate and close deals under minimum guidance
  • Collaborate with a team on sales process optimization and automation
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing account portfolio to upsell and grow business
  • Prepare contracts


  • At least 3 years of professional experience in selling IT/software/software services
  • Understanding of customer’s products, industry best practices, and how software solutions support clients' business goals
  • Proven success track of selling software and/or software services to large enterprises
  • Fast learning skills, focus on what brings value, eagerness to drive change by taking the initiative
  • Readiness to travel abroad for meetings & conferences
  • Experience in closing business deals
  • Experience in resolving complex customer issues
  • General knowledge of outreach process, account management, and lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills (English C1 level)

Nice to have:

  • Good understanding of the software market as well as modern AI and Data software stack
  • Fluency in any second foreign language
