ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of Recruitment Specialist

 

You will be responsible for:


  • Daily cooperation with hiring managers, directors and HR Business Partners to fulfil vacancies both internally and externally,
  • Creating and publishing job adverts
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards and using direct search tools in social media,
  • Cooperation with recruitment agency,
  • Daily contact with candidates: screening phones, interviews and meetings,
  • Negotiate employment agreements and salaries with potential employees,
  • Being first point of contact for candidates,
  • Caring for candidate experience,
  • Taking care of preboarding actions
  • Preparing recruitment reports and statistics.
  • Preparing training plan based on development needs
  • Control training budget and training realization    


Our expectations:


  • Min. Bachelor’s degree (psychology/human resources management/sociology)
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment/training in shared service company
  • Previous job experience in recruitment agency would be an asset
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g. boolean search)
  • Good level of English spoken and written (min. B2) – using on a daily basis
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM or another recruitment system – would be an asset
  • Ability to manage many projects at the same time
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Good stress management
  • Communicative
  • Open-minded and positive attitude to work
