Affiliate Manager and Analyst at AVA Trade, Warsaw, Poland (or Remote)

AVA Trade, a prominent player in the fintech and affiliate marketing industry, is seeking an Affiliate Manager and Analyst to join our expanding team. With a significant number of registered affiliates, our aim is to not only maintain but also strengthen our partnerships while exploring new markets. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about data-driven online marketing and building long-term relationships with top financial publishers and partners.

Core Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Partnership Development: Actively seek and acquire new affiliate partners in Poland and worldwide. Manage and upscale existing relationships, ensuring continuous growth.
• Strategic Management and Optimization: Proactively track, report, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance. Identify and resolve issues, implement solutions, and conduct various campaigns to boost profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, including marketing, compliance, and finance, to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless process for affiliates.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company guidelines and standards. Manage financial transactions, including monthly payments and fraud detection.
• Industry Engagement: Represent AVA Trade at conferences and in-person meetings, showcasing our program and building industry connections.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of other languages is a significant plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the Forex industry, affiliate management, or digital marketing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with tools like Tracking Software’s, Google Analytics, and cross-channel digital marketing strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
