Local Unit & Position Description

The Global Centre HR delivers high-quality HR services to European countries. Services are rendered in close collaboration with the GSS HR Regional Centers within Europe, together with developing the Global Shared Service HR function for DNV.


We are growing and currently seeking Recruiters and/or Senior Recruiters

to join our European Talent Acquisition Team.


You will provide ongoing recruitment expertise to Business Area Senior Managers and HR Managers, to make sure continuous improvement of our recruitment practice, and hiring succusses. Many of our internal customers are world-leading experts within their field. In this role is critical to form, build strong relationships not only with candidates but also business partners and stakeholders.

Customer centric mindset, cultural awareness, and willingness to go the extra mile to meet organizational goals is essential for this role. When employed, you will be a part of the Talent Acquisition Team of over 20 recruitment professionals.


In your role you will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and drive large scale, and complex recruitment projects
  • Manage recruitment funnel for key internal customers as it relates to talent sourcing and executive recruitment
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
  • Challenge the status quo and myths to propose recruitment solutions
  • Manage the relationships with recruitment agencies and employer branding suppliers and other external organizations
  • Ensure ongoing compliance of all recruitment process in dedicated business areas

Position Qualifications

To maximize your chances, you need:

  • Solid recruitment experience especially in the European region, ideally from RPO/SSC organization or Recruitment Agency
  • Excellent stakeholder and networking skills
  • Ability to manage in multiple projects, priorities, and client groups
  • Previous experience with sourcing through different social media platforms and tools
  • Professional English skills required, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills 
  • Always maintain confidentiality and discretion
