Role in the organization:

We are looking for an individual to help us reach the next level of business development with a focus on acquiring serious clients developing digital products that make an impact. If you already have experience in building marketing funnels for acquiring serious clients for IT services – you can be the person we are looking for. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all digital marketing tactics, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Our requirements:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing of IT services for foreign customers
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and planning digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Ads campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, Reddit Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • very good knowledge of the English language

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraint
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
