Your Role at Foap:

As an Account Manager focusing on content creation, you will be integral to our Client Service team, liaising directly with clients & creators and managing a portfolio of exciting content creation projects. Your expertise in social media will guide strategic campaign management, from initial concept through execution, involving content planning, creator coordination, and campaign analysis. 🚀

What We’re Looking For:

📱 A minimum of 3 years of client management experience in social media/digital/influencer marketing or a related field, with a focus on content creation.

🤝 In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and the ability to create engaging content (Reels/TikTok/Stories).

💼 Experience in E2E development and execution social media campaigns.

🔍 Strong understanding of the content creator landscape and the ability to match creators with brand needs.

📅 Excellent client and project management skills, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of content.

🌍 Proficient in English, able to communicate effectively with global clients and team members.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

🤝 Building & maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and creators.

💼 Creating innovative campaign concepts that resonate with target audiences.

📆 Coordinating content production schedules, from concept to final delivery.

💰 Managing budgets and timelines.

🔎 Selecting and collaborating with content creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

📝 Negotiating partnerships and managing contracts with content creators.
