Sales Manager (with Slovak / Czech language)


Due to the dynamic growth of our international client (SaaS Vendor with an attractive Customer Value Proposition providing technologies for the eCommerce sector), we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Manager to operate in the Czech and Slovak markets.

If you are an energetic person with a passion for fast sales, you are familiar with eCommerce, KPIs, and you know Slovak / Czech language this offer is for you!

Your responsibilities include:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Standard sales activities

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Active acquisition of new customers in the eCommerce / Retail sector in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Consulting on the products and services we are offering and presenting the benefits of our solutions

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Managing whole sales process and closing deals

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Presentation of USPs to the customer and adjustment offers to clients鈥 needs

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Participation in meetings with our experienced international Team

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Achieving individual and team sales targets

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Analyzing customer needs and tailoring sales offers to their requirements

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Cooperating with other company departments for effective project management and mutual business development


Qualification required:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Knowledge of the e-commerce and retail market in the Czech Republic and/or Slovakia, as well as marketing automation/customer engagement tools

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proficiency in Czech/Slovak language as a 'must-have' (native level)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽At least 3 years of experience in a relevant or similar position

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Having your own client database from the eCommerce sector would be highly valuable

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Familiarity with the SaaS business model and experience in selling such solutions

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proactively acquiring new customers and develop partnerships with existing business partners

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Knowledge of sales techniques with proven results

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent communication and negotiation skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to draw conclusions from Google Analytics results

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Managing multiple sales projects simultaneously

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
