💰 Salary: B2B: 5 000 - 7 000 PLN net + VAT (or civil contract)

🌍 Location: Wrocław/Zielona Góra/Remote

💡 Main responsibilities:

• Searching for candidates both in local and international market by using direct search
• Developing the network of potential candidates
• Evaluating and optimizing searching sources and methods
• Building a database of candidates in ATS
• Using social media to approach the right candidates
• Working closely with technical recruiters
• Caring for great Candidate Experience
• Sharing sourcing & recruitment knowledge among the team
• Occasionally, performing additional HR tasks (may be related to different areas eg. HR Operations, employer branding, internal events, CSR)

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruiting
• Passion and creativity in looking for new talent acquisition methods and market mapping
• Guiding candidates through the sourcing process
• Experience in sourcing (in-house, RPO or agency) with proven success
• Experience in administrative tasks (scheduling interviews, updating ATS, responding to candidates)
• Ability to build good relationships with candidates and teammates
• Positive energy, sense of humor and willingness to learn new things :)
• Very good communication skills and fluency in English and Polish, both verbal and written (min. B2 level)
