Opis stanowiska

You + Miquido = 


  • building relationships with potential customers
  • creating the outbound strategy (together with Business Development Team)
  • coming up with new unique selling points, adjusting them to the market situation, competition and new services of the company, proposing new initiatives and forms of promoting the company
  • preparing quotes and proposals in cooperation with technical teams and Account Executive (always focusing on the win-win scenario)
  • preliminary lead qualification (first contact with clients, customer needs research, lead qualification note preparation and submitting it to the Account Executive Team)
  • providing business support and advice at the initial stages of sales process
  • close cooperation with Account Executives and Business Development Team on a daily basis and other company departments (including: Production, Marketing and Product Strategy)
  • proactive sharing of ideas for improvements, possible changes to the scope of the outbound work, tools, presentations and documents
  • conducting analyzes and drawing conclusions based on data regarding the further development of the outbound strategy, as well as building an outbound knowledge base
  • monitoring the team’s self-development processes


You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:


  • min. 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Management (preferably with B2B clients and digital solutions)
  • good knowledge of task management and professional tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc) and ability to use lead lists and messages in Sales Navigator
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
  • being tech-savvy or willing to learn relevant software skills
  • open-minded, goals-oriented and team player
  • strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • ability to prioritize and manage time of the team effectively

 

It can be love at first sight if you also have:


  • proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • former experience in a software house or IT company
  • interest in new technologies
  • experience in working with CRM and Google Suite tools
