The team is constantly growing and thus we’re looking for talented individuals with different perspectives and life experiences to join the Pack.

Currently, we're on the hunt for the Head of Services Development who would build and manage full revenue stream based on sales of services that Packhelp can offer to its customer base.

What you can expect from this role:

  • Defining Go-To-Market strategies and managing the execution of monetizing services provided by the company
  • Building and growing new revenue streams, based on current services offered (VAS, packaging R&D and consultancy), as well as expanding into new areas (design, fulfillment, warehousing, financing, etc.)
  • Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams on rolling out new services to the market
  • Active participation in partners research and acquisition, enabling to create a wide range of services offered to Packhelp's customers
  • Full ownership on creating the services offer - from initial pitch, through creating GTM strategy, acquiring partners, creating supplementary materials, educating marketing and sales teams, to full market roll-out, managing sales and driving retention
  • Close collaboration with CX Manager, Sales & Marketing teams - working on customer-generated insights

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences both internally and externally
  • Superb operational and project management skills and flexibility to quickly and effectively navigate and change the scope of the offer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, execute and push for results among all parties involved
  • High-level of creativity, allowing to generate new services ideas and directions


  • Holistic approach towards managed projects, taking full responsibility for launching new services at all stages of the project
  • Multi-disciplinary competencies including high-level business understanding, translating customer needs into business directions, launching new products/services, collaboration with the product team
  • A high level of confidence, integrity, and can-do attitude paired with an innovative, out-of-the-box approach
  • Data-driven approach towards decision-making process and funnel management


  • Proven track-record of creating and overseeing go-to-market strategies, launching new products and/or services
  • Deep understanding of building new revenue streams, along with the ability to take full responsibility on all stages of the market roll-out, enabling smooth execution and delivering results
  • Experience in managing relations and negotiating with external partners and multiple internal stakeholders
