PeopleScout are responsible for hiring thousands of people across a variety of high-profile organisations and household names. We work with all manner of interesting clients, from public to private sector, government organisations to start-up enterprises.

As a Recruitment Team Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us make the most of business opportunities with our existing client list. Join our team, and immerse yourself in varied, dynamic recruitment projects for the world's largest RPO provider.

What will you be doing?

You'll oversee the recruitment delivery process on your accounts. Taking a brand-led approach with each new client, you'll support them in filing a diverse range of challenging vacancies.

Owning the end-to-end recruitment process of your vacancies, you'll oversee all activity, from hiring manager briefs, to sourcing, engagement, and the onboarding process; supported through your team of Recruiters in Poland or the UK.

You will be managing a team of up to ten Recruiters and providing them with the right leadership, guidance and support to successfully fulfill their duties. You will play a key role in developing their abilities, skills and essentially their careers with PeopleScout.

As you build relationships within the business, you'll spot opportunities for growth with existing clients who are buying other services with us. Together with our client services team, you'll connect with experts across our wider business to build on these opportunities and deliver the best results for the client's needs.

Who we're looking for

You'll already have experience working in a busy, proactive recruitment environment and have the right combination of leadership skills to successfully manage a team.

As an experienced Recruitment Manager, you'll have:

  • 5+ years experience managing end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience with managing/coaching/developing a team of Recruiters and/or Sourcers
  • Proven internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work with client vacancies across a variety of sectors, as well as working within differing client processes and technology platforms
  • Full fluency in English
