Currently we’re looking for an Assistant/Office Manager

The role is a unique opportunity for a smart, ambitious and multi-talented person who wants to feel the startup atmosphere and is excited by having an impact on the early stages of a company's journey. You will work closely with our founders’ team at the centre of a fast-growing startup, having a chance to scale and build an incredible company. 

You are a perfect fit if you:

• feel overqualified for an assistant but you’re still ready to do assistant-like tasks when required;
• have a sound grasp of numbers in order to prepare financial reports, presentations and carry out market research;
• can communicate fluently in English;
• take ownership and prioritize your own tasks really well;
• feel comfortable working on both long-term topics that have a great strategic impact but no deadlines and short-term tasks or coordinating projects.

What will be your tasks and responsibilities:

• helping the founders and executive team to solve challenges, drive new initiatives and improve current processes;
• making analytics and research projects for the Founder’s office across different topics (market, competition, financial);
• team support with growth/hiring, onboarding and development;
• preparation of communications from pitches and proposals to stakeholders reports;
• supporting founders with marketing, website management and social media posts; 
• proactively generate a chunk of your own work by spotting opportunities to improve, fix or simplify processes in the organization.
